The procession will begin in the Pauline Chapel of the Apostolic Palace. Preceded by the Cross and the Book of Gospels, the Cardinals will process while singing the Litany of Saints, the 115 Cardinal electors will process to the Sistine Chapel. When they arrive there, they will sing the Veni Creator Spiritus, pronounce the prescribed oath, after which the Master of Pontifical Ceremonies, Monsignor Guido Marini will pronounce the extra omnes and everyone who is not participating in the Conclave will then leave the Chapel. The only exceptions will be the Master of Pontifical Ceremonies and His Eminence, Prosper Cardinal Grech, OSA who will deliver the meditation to his brothers. Once the meditation has been given, Monsignor Marini and Cardinal Grech will also leave the Sistine Chapel, and the only ones who will remain are the Cardinal electors, who will proceed to the first vote.
The Vatican Press Office also published this morning, a list of the Cardinal electors who will participate in the procession from the Pauline Chapel to the Sistine Chapel today. The list is in reverse order of prescedence, beginning with the Cardinals who will be last in line (arranged according to their seniority by order of the date on which they were created Cardinal), and ending with the ones who will be first, following the Cross and the Book of Gospels.

Since Cardinal Sodano, the Dean of the College of Cardinals has already reached the age limit for the Cardinal electors (80 years old), he is not allowed to enter the Conclave. Instead, His Eminence, Giovanni Battista Cardinal Re, the senior Cardinal Bishop who will be present will assure the roles normally fulfilled by the Dean.
