Soon heading for Sarajevo

On Saturday, June 6, 2015, the Holy Father, Pope Francis will make a one-day visit to Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina).  This morning, the official itinerary for this voyage was released.

Courtesy visit to the President of the Republic in the Presidential Palace

Meeting with civic authorities, including a speech by the Holy Father

Mass in the Koševo Stadium, including a homily by the Holy Father

Lunch meeting with the Bishops of Bosnia and Herzegovina and with the Papal party at the Apostolic Nunciature

Meeting with Diocesan and Religious Priests, Religious Women and Seminarians in the Cathedral, including a speech by the Holy Father

Ecumenical and Inter-religious meeting at the Franciscan International Student Centre, including a speech by the Holy Father
