In the name of the Holy Father, Pope Francis, the Cardinal Secretary of State, Pietro Parolin has sent a message of condolences to the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, for the victims of the Egyptair flight which departed from Paris during the night of Wednesday, 18 May and which was supposed to land four hours later in Cairo, but instead disappeared from the radar over the Aegean Sea.
