On the eve of the Meeting for the Protection of Minors

From 21 to 24 February 2019, a special Meeting will take place at the Vatican entitled: The Protection of Minors in the Church.  At the request of His Holiness, Pope Francis, Presidents of all Episcopal Conferences will be in attendance, as will other leaders of major groups within the Church.

Yesterday, the Holy See Press Centre published the official list of all those who will be in attendance.

This morning, in anticipation of this meeting, the International Union of Superiors General has issued a Statement which is entitled The Abuse of Children is wrong anywhere and anytime: this point is not negotiable.
