Perspectives on the Synod

Each week, the team at Salt+Light Media puts together a synopsis of the events taking place that the Synod in Rome.

During the second week of the Synod (8-12 October), Deacon Pedro, Sebastian Gomes and Father Matthew Gworek provided their Perspectives on the Synod, looking at the developments from the second week of the Synod on Young People, the Faith and Vocational Discernment.  They were joined live by Emilie Callan in Rome who spoke about her experiences in the small groups.



Deacon Pedro and Sebastian Gomes returned yesterday with the fourth instalment of Perspectives on the Synod, looking at the developments from the third week of the Synod on Young People, the Faith and Vocational Discernment. This week, Sebastian spoke with Sister Laurence Loubières, XMCJ about Vocational Discernment, Father Tom Rosica, CSB sends a report from Rome and they were joined live by Julian Paparella who had the chance to address the bishops.



... and in anticipation of the final week of the Synod which will take place in the coming days, some expectations for what we may see.
