At the invitation of His Excellency, Douglas Regattieri, Bishop of Cesna-Sarsina, the Holy Father, Pope Francis will visit the city of Cesena to mark the three-hundredth anniversary of the birth of Pope Pius VI.
Having accepted the invitation of His Excellency, Matteo Maria Zuppi, Archbishop of Bologna, during the Diocesan Eucharistic Congress, the Holy Father will pay a Pastoral Visit to the Diocese of Bologna.
The programme for the Pastoral Visit of His Holiness to the Dioceses of Cesena and Bologna was published on 14 April of this year, but has since been updated. The entire programme appears below.

In the Chapel of the Madonna del Popolo, there will be a period of adoration before the Blessed Sacrament and veneration of the Madonna
