The Vatican Press Office published today the text of a note of condolence that was sent by the Cardinal Secretary of State, Pietro Parolin in the name of the Holy Father, Pope Francis to the President of the Russian Federation, Mister Vladimir Putin for the numerous victims of an aircraft which crashed yesterday off the Saini peninsula.
