Yesterday afternoon in Rome, the Director of the Holy See Press Centre, Greg Burke informed journalists that at 5:00pm on 1 May of this year, the Holy Father, Pope Francis will travel to the Shrine of Divine Love in Rome to recite the Holy Rosary and to begin the Marian month of May.
In addition, on Saturday, 5 May of this year at 11:00am local time, the Pope will meet with members of the Neocatechumenal Way at Tor Vergata, marking the 500th anniversary of the establishment of the Camino in Rome.
This Sunday (April 15), Pope Francis will pay a pastoral visit to the parish of Saint Paul of the Cross, located in Rome's Corviale neighbourhood. The Pope will meet with children involved in catechism classes and with the elderly, the sick and the poor of that neighbourhood. His visit will conclude with the celebration of the Mass.
