Visiting with priests and seminarians in Carpi

At 3:00pm this afternoon (local time), in the chapel at the Seminary in Carpi, the Holy Father, Pope Francis met with the Diocesan priests, Religious men and women and the Seminarians.

Following a word of introduction and greetings offered by the Bishop of Carpi, His Excellency, Francesco Cavina, the Pope shared impromptu remarks.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Holy Father left the Seminary and paused briefly at the Cathedral before travelling by car to Mirandola.
