An unscripted visit with Sisters

This morning, the Holy Father left the Archbishop's residence in Kraków and travelled to Częstochowa.  Along the way, he made a stop at the Convent of the Sisters of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Welcomed there by the Superior General of the Congregation, the Pope entered into the chapel where he found the Sisters of that Community and a group of young women from a school that is run by the Sisters.

Following a moment of silent prayer, the Holy Father wrote the following words in the Sister's guest book:

With gratitude for your generous service, I give you my blessing and encourage you in your educational apostolate. Cultivate with love the seeds of goodness, beauty and truth that God sows in every new generation.
